Description:

Along the Thames Path from Hammersmith Bridge, via Hammersmith and Chiswick Malls with their artistic and literary associations, historic houses and pubs to the church where Hogarth is buried, then through Chiswick House grounds with its formal and landscaped gardens, rejoining the Thames at the hamlet of Strand on the Green before turning up to Gunnersbury Station.

PRACTICALITIES:

There are toilets at Hammersmith Broadway centre (paying) and Chiswick House grounds. Cafes available in Hammersmith Broadway Centre before the start and at Gunnersbury.
